October is another great month here in MN. Water temps drop quickly, the water level comes up with Fall rains and fronts. This changing of the river triggers a heavy feed from the bass. The bas fishing continues to be good and some other fish like pike become a bit more aggressive! Large baitfish patterns, swimbaits, jerkbaits, and a whole host of bottom presentations get the job done!
